How to Use the Dame Eva II
Dame recommends trying Eva II solo before using it with a partner, which I back up 100%. It was very confusing to put in between my labia, and I couldn’t get it to stay for the first few minutes.
Once I got it to stay and it was comfortable (there was a lot of lip lifting), the buzzing was very underwhelming (for me). It was a lot of work for not a lot of pleasure.
Then, I called my partner in the room. I was excited to try to keep it in the same spot and enjoy penetrative sex while still receiving the buzzing on my clitoris.
Unfortunately, immediately upon entry, the Eva II fell off my vulva. I ended up putting it back in/on a handful of times before I gave up and just held it around my clitoral area.
I have talked to many other people who have used this toy, and some experienced the same as I did, and some basically said that this toy has been LIFE CHANGING, and they had their first orgasm during penetrative intercourse. So, I want to be very transparent: I do not think my experience is the only one with this toy!

Who May Enjoy This Toy, Sensations & Sounds – Dame Eva II Sex Toy Review
Anyone who has a clitoris and wants hands-free stimulation (during or not during penetrative intercourse) would enjoy Dame Eva II.
Sensation: BUZZY BUZZY BUZZY
The toy itself is quiet on the lowest setting, pretty quiet on the middle setting, and semi-loud-ish on the highest setting.
Pros & Cons of the Dame Eva II
Pros
- The ‘wings’ align with the sides of the clitoris, which often get left out of stimulation during most sexual experiences.
- The charging station is excellent, and the cord is durable.
- Dame itself is one of the best sex ed/sex positive/sex toy companies out there. They are incredible.
Cons
- High learning curve. It took me a solid 10-15 minutes the first time I used this to find a spot that felt great.
- It won’t stay in place in all positions. Other than missionary, PIV intercourse.
- Low, buzzy vibration (this is a con for me, not for everyone!)
Overall Rating
In summary, I don’t love this toy, but I know a lot of people who do.
I’m giving this toy 3/5 stars, and here’s why.
I think this toy will be a 5/5 for some people. For me, having so much exposure to toys, there is nothing this toy does that something else I have does better. HOWEVER, if I didn’t have other toys or pleasure aids or enjoyed the lighter buzzy vibrations this toy provides, I’d love it!!
Look out for other toy reviews of Dame products… their Pillo is my favorite wedge-type pillow I’ve ever used, and the Aer is incredible. (A great example that you can love a company, not love one of their toys, but really love another one!)
